Services: For design or editing services, a 50% refund is available if requested before the first draft is delivered. Once the final project is completed, refunds are not issued.

Digital Products: Due to the nature of digital downloads, ebooks are generally non-refundable once the download link has been accessed. However, if the file is corrupt or defective, we will provide a replacement immediately.
